COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 2711-T9A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Strongarm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A956GOTSBDB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 404151R00 manufactured by Strongarm and we are pleased to be able to service most Strongarm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A05B2400C001 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Idt Brand CPE512DWorCPE1012DW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Crt-Solutions such as E2733B31 equipment made by Crt-Solutions have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crt-Solutions products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crt-Solutions" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMGV30ADC6CSGDV200A01A made by Yaskawa as well as the popular 35314000A original spares produced by Cincinnati Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MEM10B by Uniop and E2733B31 spares by Crt-Solutions are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TB417 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tbi-Bailey. |
